We do not do same day setups of tents.  If you book a tent, you will need the flexibilty of having it setup the day before and picked up the day after.  Tent permits are the customers responsibility.  You will need to obtain one if it is required.

Know what you are getting from your 20 X40 tent rental

We get quite a few last-minute calls from people that thought they were getting a quality high peak tent for their event until the company shows up with just a standard or classic roof tent and it ruins the look of their whole event.  High peak rentals form a peak in middle to create a more expensive upscale look and appearance, which differ greatly from cheaper versions. Classic or standard-style tent rentals cannot offer this same look.  Please be aware that there is also a new type being offered by some companies that is built no different than a cheaper popup tent and these companies are renting them as commercial grade. They do not offer the same appearance or safety that you get from a truly commercial high peak rental.  Our 20 X 40 tent is commercial grade and is manufactured by Aztec Tents.  Aztec is one of the leading manufacturers in commercial tents and they are rated to withstand over 60mph winds. 

20 X 40 Tent Rental and the setup

Inflatable Party Magic provides a complete and professional setup and takedown of your rental. Our staff will arrive the day before your event to setup your tent rentals since the setup does take a while and is labor-intensive. Please make sure we are fuly aware of what type of surface it will be setup on when your place your order as concrete is a much different setup and requires us to bring additional items to make sure it is secured safely and properly for your event.  If you should need same-day setup of your rental, please contact our office and talk with our staff to see if we are able to provide that service for you on your date.  Sometimes we are able to accommodate that request.
 

What you Need for a 20 x 40 Tent Rental setup:

Grass Setup for 20 x 40 Tent:
If you are setting up your 20 x 40 tent on grass, you will need to have all water, gas, electrical, fiber optic, or septic lines marked before we arrive to setup and stake down the Tent.
Concrete Setup for 20 x 40 Tent:
There is an extra charge for concrete setup of tents.  If you are setting up your 20 X 40 tent on concrete we must use water barrels or drill anchors into the concrete.  If we are using water barrels, you must have water within 100ft of where you are setting the tent.  For concrete anchors, we provide the anchors and drill.

Any Permits required are the customers responsibility to apply and pay for.

Additional rental items that can complete your specific event

Be sure to complete your rental with tables and chairs so that your guests will have a place to sit, eat, and remain comfortable while they stay with you.  If you are having food at your event, be sure you and add additional tables for the setup of your food and drink offerings as well.  We offer 6ft and 8ft. rectangle tables in white & black.  If round tables are what you had in mind, we can help as we also offer round tables in 48" and 60".  Inflatable Party Magic has your all of your chair needs taken care of too since we offering standard plastic rental chairs in both white and black as well as a more upscale wedding type white resin garden chair.
