What you Need for a Tent Rental setup:
Grass Setup:If you are setting up on grass, you will need to have all water, gas, electrical, and septic lines marked before we arrive to setup and stake down the Tent.
Concrete Setup:
There is an extra charge for concrete setup of tents. On concrete we must use water barrels or drill anchors into the concrete. If we are using water barrels, you must have water within 100ft of where you are setting the tent. For concrete anchors, we provide the anchors and drill.

Concrete Setup
Concrete Setups do cost more than a grass setup and we offer two options:
Water Barrels- We can use barrels that we fill with water. You do have to have a water source within 100foot of where you want to set the tent and have water hoses that reach that distance.
Drilling Anchors in the concrete- We can drill 1/2" anchors in the concrete to hold the tent. We provide the necessary supplies to provide this service.
We do not obtain permits. The time and cost of permiting is up to the customer.
For septic lines and private sprinkler and water lines, you will have to mark these yourself.
